邁入第10年所推出的這張inside系列BEST Ⅲ.在DISC 1部份.網羅了這兩年多來m-flo有參與合作的眾多樂曲集結而成.雖然有一半以上都是R&B這樣的類型.但客觀來說都是相當動聽.而真正讓我感興趣的則是DISC 2.陣中"☆Taku"的超豪華MIX CD
